A coming-soon HARK Valley Press novel called The Immaculate Jagoffs of Pittsburgh--described as "a head-on collision between The Odyssey and Mad Magazine"--is written in aggressive Pittsburghese. Those who have never lived in Western Pennsylvania may find themselves befuddled by the writing, which attempts to imitate not only Pittsburgh terms but the way burghers talk (n at).
A post from the Jagoffs Facebook page looking for input already gained one great addition: buggy. When someone says that in Pittsburgh, they mean...shopping cart.
